Every order is handled personally by the ORU workshop. Whether it's a question before you buy, a custom commission, or a gift with a deadline — write to us and a real person will answer, usually the same day.
Each piece is made to order and finished by hand, so we typically dispatch within a few days. Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, we share a tracking link and keep you posted personally the whole way.
Yes — this is one of our favourite things to do. Send your idea (a sketch, a reference photo, initials to engrave) to hello@oruwoodcraft.com or WhatsApp, and we'll design it with you and share a quote.
Orders are confirmed personally over WhatsApp, and we arrange payment — UPI or bank transfer — and shipping with you directly at that point. Simple, and nothing is charged before you're happy.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth — never soak it or put it in a dishwasher. For kitchen & barware, re-oil occasionally with food-grade mineral oil. Treated kindly, these pieces last for generations.
Everything is packed carefully, but if anything is damaged in transit, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
