About This Piece
The Floral Floating Shelf is part shelf, part sculpture. A solid walnut ledge rests on a backplate carved with sunflower and acanthus scrollwork — done by hand, taking a single artisan close to two days per shelf. It holds books, vases, framed photos, or simply itself as a statement piece. Mounts with concealed hardware so the shelf appears to float.
