Order Processing
All ORU Woodcraft orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Since every piece is handcrafted, custom or made-to-order items may require an additional 3–5 business days before dispatch.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as your order is placed. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email and WhatsApp.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days across most of India
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional charge)
- Remote & Hill Areas: May require up to 10–12 business days
- Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai): Typically 3–5 business days on standard shipping
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2,000
- ₹99 flat shipping charge for orders below ₹2,000
- ₹149 for express shipping (available on select pin codes)
- Applicable taxes on shipping charges are included in the displayed amount
Packaging & Care
Each ORU Woodcraft piece is individually wrapped in soft tissue, secured with bubble wrap, and placed in a rigid outer box to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. We use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible.
For fragile or oversized pieces (such as wall shelves or large canes), additional reinforced packaging is used at no extra charge.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp. You can use this ID on our courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.

Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, national strikes, or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will proactively communicate with you and do our best to resolve the situation.
ORU Woodcraft is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, but we will always work to make it right for our customers.
