At ORU Woodcraft, every item we create is a labour of love — handcrafted with rare timber and artisan care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect items.
Take clear photos / video of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days and confirms eligibility.
We arrange a reverse pickup or guide you to send the item back safely.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We are happy to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product subject to availability. If the exact item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and mention your preference for an exchange in your message.
